As a Subtitle Editor and Synchronizer, I perform a variety of tasks, including:
Synchronization:
Synchronizing preexisting subtitles to align perfectly with the audio of episodes or movies.
Subtitle edition:
Editing and correcting preexisting translations, including adapting jokes.
Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE):
Revising and enhancing machine-generated subtitles to ensure fluency and natural language flow.
Subtitle adaptation:
Correcting subtitles for Asian dramas, improving idiomatic expressions and adapting jokes to enhance viewer engagement.
